Project Overview
As part of a partnership with Snapchat, I led the project management of the 'Snap or Ghost' format — a mini-series focused on the experiences of major brands active on the platform.
The Challenge
The objective was to challenge common misconceptions about Snapchat and better understand why well-known brands choose it as a key communication channel. Featured participants included Coca-Cola France, Accor, M6, Chef Club, SNCF, and Konbini.
The Solution
Through this series, we highlighted their strategies, successes, and best practices on Snapchat. My role was cross-functional: coordinating all stakeholders (Snapchat, production teams, internal teams), integrating feedback from Snapchat to ensure editorial and strategic alignment, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project, right up to the delivery of the final content.
The Results
By showcasing the success stories and insights of major brands, this project strengthened Snapchat's position as a strategic communication channel.
